Make it happen is the delivery vehicle for NHGs social and economic investment programmes which delivers projects/programmes that support with meeting the following priorities for Grahame Park residents:

Neighbourhood Change is the Grahame Park Social Impact framework which was designed through consultation with local community groups, residents, Notting Hill Genesis, and London Borough of Barnet so that the needs of the community are addressed collectively.
